These platform rockers provide 3-dimensional motion for all blot related applications. Their tilt angle and speed have been set for gentle, but thorough mixing in gel trays, boxes and other flat vessels. The Mini BlotBoy™ and BlotBoy™ come with autoclavable flat mats to be used for blot washes and gel staining/destaining. The Mini BlotBoy™ has a 10.5" x 7.5" inch platform while the larger BlotBoy's 12" x 12" platform expands the work surface by 80%. Each BlotBoy has a 4.5 lb capacity. Accessories for the Mini BlotBoy™ and BlotBoy™ include stackable platforms and dimpled mats. Both have maintenance free brushless motors and are safe for use in cold rooms and incubators.
